How to Draw a Horse
This horse begins with a long smooth oval for the body. Next come four long, slim legs with a curved line at each hoof, a flowing tail, a long neck and a long head with a rounded nose. Small pointed ears, a wavy mane and a kind face finish the drawing.

Questions and answers
- How do I draw the horse's hooves?
- At the bottom of each leg, draw a short curved line across it. That curve shows where the hoof begins, so you do not need to draw a box.
- How do I draw the mane?
- Draw a few smooth, wavy locks along the top of the neck, from the ears down to the back. A few big waves look better than many tiny ones.
